Our Staff

At The Learning Tree of Wellsboro, our staff is the heart of everything we do. Each team member brings compassion, experience, and dedication to creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. Our caregivers and educators are trained in early childhood development and hold certifications in CPR, first aid, and child safety. Many have backgrounds in education, psychology, or social work, and all participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. 

Our team designs age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, learning, and fun. From sensory play and storytelling to outdoor adventures and group games, our staff ensures that each child’s day is filled with enriching experiences.

Safety is our top priority. Our staff maintains a clean, secure environment and follows strict protocols to ensure the well-being of every child. We also maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and being available for questions or concerns.
